  • Various factors affecting the training were mapped and formulated hypothesis for the analysis of training.
  • Various analyses were conducted to study the change in market behavior from the old platform to the new platform.
  • Analysis to check the seasonality, market trends and growth trends for specific time frames was completed to understand the differences in behavior in the new platform.
  • Stock-ups were analysed during the final months of the old platform to understand if they were the reason for a slow volume in the initial months of new platform.
  • Deep-dive analysis was performed to check the various trends at area and associate levels.
  • Correlation study between the training materials and various other parameters such as classes, certifications, # of active associates etc. were done to understand the changes in these parameters due to the platform change.

Implications

  • The reasons for sales reduction during the shift from the old platform to new platform was brought into notice at leadership level.
  • Measures to increase the adoption of the new platform were deployed by the leadership team so that the training volumes were almost at par with the old platform in 6 months.
