• Conducted multiple brainstorming sessions with stakeholders and finalized the critical metrics required for leadership team to track the rhythm of business.

Logic Building

• Listed down all key business rules that would impact the logic formulation for decided key metrics.
• Listed down multiple business scenarios that should be considered.
• Helped BI team in devising the appropriate logic to calculate the metrics covering all business rules in place and multiple business scenarios

UAT

• Conducted a full-fledged UAT on the developed dashboard.
• Identified multiple discrepancies in dashboard numbers; deep dived and found the root cause; pointed out errors in logic building and exception handling.
