  • Client is a technology giant and the worldwide leader in software, services, and solutions. It relies on its partner organizations across the globe to promote, expand, and retain its business.
  • The client runs a skills initiative program to promote the sales of their cloud-based products by providing training to customers across the globe through partners. It pays subsidies to partners every month based on the volume of training activities reported. The client wanted to create a newsletter specific to the Skills Initiative Program.
  • The idea of this newsletter is to provide a holistic view of business and understand the current status of the program. The client also wanted to distribute this newsletter to all stakeholders working in multiple silos within the program.
  • The client developed a set of business rules to be followed while developing customer-facing partner websites.
  • This in turn could help in providing equal visibility about the program to all stakeholders working in multiple departments.
