Challenge:

  • The client, a Fortune 50 company, is involved in providing training to customers through their various associates for evangelizing their products and services.
  • The client wants to run a campaign towards the end of the year focusing on certain regions to push the associates in those regions towards their sales goals; by the end of the campaign, they need to recognize outstanding partners across each region as well as an overall award for top performers across the regions.
  • For this, the client needs to set KPIs aligning with business objectives as well as design a dashboard for measuring the progress of the campaign weekly.

Factored the various metrics to be considered as key KPIs aligning to business objectives.

Designed the campaign after analyzing the various factors and setting up the thresholds for the metrics to push the associates towards the targets.

After the launch of the campaign, we designed an intuitive dashboard to measure the evolution of associates weekly towards the progress of campaign objectives.

The dashboard was designed to rank the partners using the various parameters, compare the progress in ranking vs. previous weeks, and also identify the reasons for decline.

Implications

The KPI metrics for the campaign were aligned with the overall program objectives; hence, the campaign push helped achieve the overall organizational objectives.

The client achieved 38% growth over their targets in the regions of the campaign as the campaign pushed the associates to achieve their targets.

The managers managing associates were able to track the performance and help push the associates towards the top, which in turn increased the sales monthly.
